Crowd Convergence Social has the ability to connect with and collect content from all of the major social networks; Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
To begin collecting content, you will need to define your search terms and these can range from hashtags to keywords and even to curating content from a particular username.
Please note that setting search terms in Crowd Convergence Social is NOT case sensitive. For example, if your hashtag is #SummerDays, you may set your search term as either #SummerDays or #summerdays. Either way, content will still be collected and is applicable to searching in all 3 of the Social Networks.
Once your search terms are set, the collection of content from your chosen social network will begin.
